The vote count proceedings will take place on Wednesday, January 21, 2015.
Proceedings are open to observance by P-fac members only. The Election Chair and retired D.O.L. member, will leave from 600 S. Michigan, Columbia College Chicago, promptly at 12:00 Noon, to retrieve the ballots from the Post Office at211 S. Clark St. P-fac Members interested in following along to the Post Office are welcome. We will return promptly to 600 S. Michigan, Room 401, to continue proceedings and the tally of ballots.
If you want to observe the vote count, you should request observer status from the election committee by emailing a request to firstname.lastname@example.org, by not later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 20, 2015.
In the Subject line of your email list; “Interested to Observe”.
In the body of the email Please write:
Your full name, is interested in attending to observe the vote proceedings January 21, 2015.
We hope to accommodate everyone who makes a request. Any P-fac member in good standing may request observer status.
As there may be limited space, within the room, P-fac Members will be allowed in based on reply to “Interest to Observe” email, then first come first serve. We will try to accommodate as many interested parties within reason. We are assured that all members are respectful and understanding.
We ask: Please do not disturb daily activity at Columbia College Chicago.
Voting Results will be posted to http://www.mypfac.org as soon as the Committee has a clear count of vote.
